So you have an amazing idea for a panel, but you don't know where to start? We welcome panelists and presenters of all experience levels! You can apply using one of the forms below, or read on for some helpful info.

Our theme for this year is "Travel Beyond the Veil." While it is not required that your panel match our theme, we encourage any/all submissions which touch on Victorian mysticism, mythology, death culture, other realms, and alternate universes.

You can use this form to submit any type of program, such as a discussion panel, workshop, performance, game, etc. Important reminders and technical info are in the form description, so please take a moment to read before you proceed.

Currently, guests and performers are chosen by invitation only; however, if you would like to apply to be a Presenter (this would include costumers, authors, steampunk personalities, builders & makers, et al), we accept applications for presenters of all experience levels. Some things to keep in mind:
